I am an experienced visual resources professional who excels at planning long and short term projects. I have analyzed and improved existing workflow processes, and have researched and implemented new workflow procedures, using best practices for image creation and management, and for metadata assignment.
I have experience with Web 2.0 technologies and the role of the internet in service to patrons. I have extensive knowledge of the history of art and culture, excellent research and organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. I have worked with "learning objects"--secondary image material for educational use--and archival image material from a variety of media types, using open source and proprietary digital management systems.
